Traditional pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by pulling in the abdominal muscles. Sarah takes us through how to do a press up properly and challenges our members to take part in this 25 day challenge!

Sun Salutations are a great way to energize the body first thing in the morning. ... This practice will improve blood circulation, purify your blood, and strengthen the physical body including the lungs, digestive system, as well as muscles and joints.
FAMARA TRIBE 25 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE - KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also melting fat and sculpting healthy and lean muscles. The shape of the bell and the handle allow you to perform ballistics and grinds. Ballistics are fast, explosive movements, while grinds are slow and deliberate. This allows for a different type of training experience and creates faster results.
