About Zoe

Zoe as a post graduate in Sports Leadership and Development moved to Lanzarote in 2018 and started working in the Sands Beach Resort based a stunning destination in Costa Teguise. Zoe runs up to 6 classes a day and the classes are available free for hotel guests and for holiday makers (small charge). Zoe makes every class great fun, almost to the point that you bounce out of the class full of enthusiasm, until the morning when you realise the paces she's put you through.
 

Zoe loves FAMARA leggings because they work for all the activities. She says they are breathable (but the same time the material automatically support for that suck my gut in feeling) strong and flexible to cope with cycling, running, jumping, stretching, yoga, TRX, Pilates but can then be kept on during the day when Zoe helps on some of the biggest sporting activities/event in Lanzarote.
